    Barber Motorsports Vintage Festival

If you haven't attended this yet you really need to! This is rapidly becoming the premiere motorcycle event in the country and the world. Truly something that should be on your bucket list, nothing else even comes close. Once again this year ALL CAMPING IS SOLD OUT! You can still visit though and if your even close to Birmingham, AL. I would highly recommend it. Oct 12-14, if you don't like crowds then I would suggest a Sunday visit. For more info; http://barbermotorsports.com/park/

There have been many threads over the years about Barber, and yes, they all support your claim. Likely the best motorcycle event of the year at arguably the best spectator track. You can ride your motorcycle around the perimeter and park where you want.

    Some of my favorite events:
    1) the Lemans start (the racers run to the bikes, push start them (sometimes!), and off they go

    2) the vintage sidecars: those guys are nuts

    3) The century race: Bike must be 100+ years old

    4) The air show.

    5) Becky from this forum races.

I'll be there again, it's not to be missed.

My younger son is getting married on Saturday. I am thinking of getting up really early on Sunday and riding over.

Wow! Those are some great shots Visian. They put mine to shame. Could you share where on the track these were taken from and the focal length of the lens? I have a 200mm lens, but the bikes are too small in the frame.
