Clutch not engaging ÔÇö '82 R65LS

Hi all,

My '82 R665LS has been sitting for a couple of months and when I went to take it for a ride today the clutch would not engage. The last time I rode it everything was functioning just fine. Does anyone know why it's not engaging? And, if there might be a fix I can do myself, before I need to ask a mechanic.

Thanks much!

Yep, sure enough, that's all it took. Fixed.

Thanks for your help!

Glad that worked out for you!

My old Honda SL 125 does that too - I start her up pull in the clutch, point her down hill and when she starts rolling I pop her in 1st gear & by time I ride @ block clutch is unstuck.
