Good Day, names is John. I am a traffic safety guy and MSF Instructor who lives north of Chicago in a town called Gurnee.

Bought my first BMW last June (R1200GS Adv in Yellow) and rode down Rt 66 after which I played and learned a few things at RawHyde Adventures (SO WORTH IT) before I headed back to work and life in Chicago Land... Love the bike; coming back to work not so much...

If your up my way let me know and we can ride or if snow is on the ground I have two past times... Snowboarding and :buds

Cheers,

John

PS originally from MO hence the Mark Twain quote in the signature.

Welcome, John. Gurnee.. home of Great America... My favorite place to go when I was growing up in Southern Wisconsin!

Howdy John.

I used to live in Gurnee (Timberwoods) before I moved to SoCal maybe 50 miles of RawHyde.

You should meet people of Chicago Region BMW . I loved riding in WI, lots of great riding roads. I would come from work say at 6pm, get on the bike and go straight north on Hunt Club Road, or north on Rt. 45.
