I finally got a BMW... bought a 2000 1100rt from the original owner. I've been wanting one for a long time and finally bit the bullet. I can't believe how well the bike rides compared to my other bikes, all Japs. I am joining the local BMWO this week and have already been on one ride with this group. I'm going to keep my other bike as well a 08 650 Vstrom but I believe the RT is going to be the one I ride the most.
