Ancient History

P1010002 (Custom).jpg
The Trophy at the end of life, high side at 75mph, old companion, crossed the country on this bike, unfortunately photos of our travels were taken before i went digital. This wreck made way for the K

Bike Sale 002 (Custom).jpg
Loved this K, but I wasnt ready for it to grandpa (no offense to you gradpa's out there). Sold it to puchase the Sprint.

Sprint ST 003 - Copy (Custom).jpg
The Sprint came directly after the K, loved that bike, 50k happy miles, sold her in the spring for the R1200R.

Looking back on these bikes, I can say ..... Thank you, I've lived a good life.

This thread needs awakening

Another Honda CRF250L. I can spend hours on end with this thing exploring the countryside.

This was the bike my dad owned when I was a teenager. It was his last bike until his current 2015 Harley (rediscovered riding at 70).
My dad on this bike at Chanute airforce base in Rantoul Ill (yes that was the abbeviation for IL back in the early '80's) inspired Bill Maxwell, a young airman at the time, to ride motorcycles and become the MSF riding coach that sold me Ursula and taught me how to ride for the first time at the age of 41 in Hawaii. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

Had a Bike athletic supporter (aka jock strap) in high school. Aren't you glad I wouldn't dare post a photo!

1967 Trail 90 (CT90, K0)... 600 miles, all original except for voltage regulator and spark plug cap. Well, the 55 year old tires gave out, so there are new tires on it now.
