... Yep, that's what I want. I have a helmet with a blue tooth headset built in. Now what I want is about a 140db blue tooth speaker system that will let me subtly point out to my fellow road users that they need to refrain from running me over. Bonus points for electronically enhancing my voice to sound like it belongs to God almighty.

Maybe not as effective as an ex-wife, but at least it is an opposed twin.
 
You can also try a Stebel Nautilus Compact horn, which will get the message to them with a 139dB blast...I think they'll understand what you're trying to say to them... ;)

Trust me, no horn will provide the information currently wasted on the inside of my helmet...
