BMW Bikes in the Portland Oregon area...

Hello
I belong to the Portland BMW Club. This is a car club and for many years I organized the BMW corral for the Portland Historic Car Races at PIR in Portland. I do not do this anymore and do not have a BMW car but the club event organizer has contacted me and has ask me to let my "motorcycle buddies" know that they would love to have a showing of BMW bikes at this years event. Sooooo I am extending a warm invite from the club to join them this year. Please read below for more info.
Thanks
Larry

Good for you. Was on a vintage car racing team for 10 years back in the '90's. We took motorcycles along on quite a few occasions. We also did 1000 mile road rallies. Got to ride my '71 R50/5 on the Copper State 1000 and my '74 R90/6 another year on the CS 1000 and the New England 1000. Love vintage cars and bikes.
