BMW Bikes in the Portland Oregon area...

I belong to the Portland BMW Club. This is a car club and for many years I organized the BMW corral for the Portland Historic Car Races at PIR in Portland. I do not do this anymore and do not have a BMW car but the club event organizer has contacted me and has ask me to let my "motorcycle buddies" know that they would love to have a showing of BMW bikes at this years event. Sooooo I am extending a warm invite from the club to join them this year. Please read below for more info.

The 2011 Historic Car Races Portland, Oregon
 
I'd love to be there again this year but I am the event manager for the Lambretta Club USA's 2011 Lambretta Jamboree, also in Portland that same weekend. Not that my well-used R1150GS is anything to look at!

I did put the Historic Races on the list of alternate activities for rallygoers who won't be going on the ride-outs.
