Motorcycle Safety Summit & 12th Annual Traffic Safety Forum
Monday, March 28 & Tuesday, March 29

Please note the change of format for this yearÔÇÖs gathering!
Mark your calendar, and register now for the day(s) you wish to attend.
You are welcome to register for either or both days.
Check-in tables will open at 8:00 a.m.; sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. on both
Monday and Tuesday. Each day will conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Day One: Motorcycle Safety Summit. The day will include a panel discussion and working groups dedicated to improving safety for Oklahoma motorcyclists. The objectives for Day One are (a) to discuss current concerns and issues, and (b) to suggest and prioritize solutions. Motorcycle riders, law enforcement officers, traffic engineers and other interested parties will provide input on current issues. Edmond Police DepartmentÔÇÖs motorcycle unit will provide a demonstration training session.
Day Two: OHSO Annual Safety Forum. The day will include a report from the Motorcycle Safety Summit as well as breakout sessions featuring occupant protection issues, Safe Communities groups, and motorcycle safety issues. Keynote speakers will be featured, and OHSOÔÇÖs annual awards will be presented during the luncheon.
Lodging may be provided in some specific cases.
If you are registering for Day Two (Tuesday, March 29) and you are traveling more than 60 miles to attend, lodging may be provided for Monday night. Lodging will NOT be provided for participants on Sunday night, prior to Day One.

A limited number of rooms will be available on a case-by-case basis. Priority will be given to those people who are asked to attend the Summit and/or Forum at the OHSOÔÇÖs request (facilitators, speakers, etc.). Other rooms will be allocated (with consideration to distance traveled) on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you need lodging, it is vital that you return your registration as soon as possible.

From Oklahoma CityÔÇöTake I-35 South 12 miles to Norman. Exit at Tecumseh Rd. Turn right on 24th Ave NW. Turn left on Conference Dr.

From the SouthÔÇöTake I-35 North. Exit Robinson St and turn left. Turn left on 24th Ave. Turn right on Conference Dr.
