I wouldn't have believed the R27 would start in 35 degree weather. But with relatively little fuss, it did!
 
Great! But I'm sure there would be some fuss from the driver if he were to take it out for a spin...ha! :stick

From your list of bikes, it's obvious that you know the thrill of victory AND the agony of defeat.

In this weather, it's usually the agony of da feet (groan). Actually, the current crop is pretty good to me (although I haven't ridden or started the GS in some time). But the waning period of ownership of a Duc, some difficult moments with a '73 Bultaco and a truly awful '77 Bonneville have taught me the joy of a motorcycle that starts.
