Hi all...
I am a proud new member of the BMWMOA. I just purchaced my first BMW, an 85 K100. I absolutely love it! While doing some research on it, I found out about this organization and decided I had to join.
I am looking forward to making new friends and embarking on new adventures atop my flying brick. If anybody has any tips or suggestions for me as a new member and K bike owner I would be more that happy to hear them.
Respectfully,
Kevin Reeder

My first BMW is an 85 K100RT and I still have it. I don't know how may miles are on it because the odometer stopped at around 90,000. I also have a 2004 R1150RT. Basically the same weight and horsepower, but the K seems much lighter.
