A Little Something for When There's Ice on the Road

So,....someone (assuming it was him) actually spent a good deal of time to build this,....thing? Good welding practice and tube fabrication skills practice. Beyond that I have to ask "why?"

I'll bet my Suzuki GN400 ice bike with 1200 ice screws per tire will out perform this thing.

Judging by the very tight converging angle of the chain at the front,
the estimated pitch of the chain (maybe 2"; #160 chain?)
the suspiciously Caterpillar-yellow "wheels",
rear spring coil diameter of what, and inch?!
oh, and this article ,
I'm guessing it's pure fantasy.

I have clearly seen this. It's the vehicle the service guys right up the track of the COG railway to the top of Pikes Peak. :ha
