Hi everyone!

I've been riding for approximately 17 years. New to BMW, not forums.

I recently picked up a black 2004 R1150RT with 25k miles. Amazing motorcycle. Wow!

It has to share space in the garage with my 70,000 mile Hayabusa that has been to 49 states, a 30,000 mile TL1000R, and a recently acquired KLR that I bought specifically for riding to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska next year.

Look forward to posting here and seeing what the BMW experience is all about.

Sometime we may hook up at Seaba Station, Vintage Iron Motorcycle museum, or just kickin back at OKC BMW drinking their coffee.

I used to have a Ducati, so I was always in the BMW shop picking stuff up and BS'ing with everyone. Plus, I've known Ron, the parts guy, for probably 20 years. :D

Has Seaba Station started doing their breakfast ride-ins every month yet?

That was the rumor anyway.

If you're going to be headed up the AK Haul Road to Prudhoe Bay, you also need to check out the Adventure Rider board at http://www.advrider.com . There you will find everything you ever needed to know (and a lot that you don't!). All the long distance adventure riders hang out there.
