Looking for a rig? (eBay content)

Ohhhhh Mannnnn...

The Armec Tremola is, with the possible exception of that powder-blue rig, with the faux wood-paneling, the oddest, most discomforting collection of curves, planes, bumps, bulges, nooks and crannies, that I've ever seen attached to a BMW motorcycle. It's not sure if it's the front end of a '52 Ferrari Testa, or the back end of a vintage Indy Roadster.

The seller's claim, "The Armec Tremola I Sidecar was tested and designed to specifically accompany the BMW R1200C." is, at best, unnerving... at worst...

Oh and you'd better check your monitor... :brow That Troika is Green.

Everyone is allowed their opinion. Everyone has different tastes.
That being said, I have to agree with Lew.

I'm not disallowing an opinion... I'm disagreeing... But the troika is hardly powder blue.
As for the Armec... It's not my choice either... But it is someones.

Lets just say that if I thought your kids/grandkids were ugly... I wouldn't tell you. :D

I know. :brow

:hug:whistle

Since you can get a '98 R12C for about $6,000, does that lead me to conclude a color-matched sidecar is really worth $12,000? Is that buy it now price serious?

Wow.

When I was a kid, and selling a car... I'd put a sign on it:
"$1,000,000.00 or best offer". :deal
You'd be surprised as to how many people would say:
"Do you really think that car is worth one million?"
Completely missing the joke.

You can ask what you want... Getting it is the trick.

I guess it isn't!
Dit not reach reserve.

"Deposit of US $1,250.00 within 24 hours of auction close."

Reserve was prolly 12k. :brow
