I was trying to set up a trap to catch overly curious BMW owners with too much time on their hands.

Sorry, but there's no leaving now. Once the trap has been sprung, there is no leaving, at least not completely. Oh sure.... you can click out of here or even log off, but traces of the trap will follow, squishing between your toes as you walk and leaving small, all but invisible smudges on your monitor as you move your curser around.
You really should have found something more productive to do. Of course since most of you said you weren't really here and never wasted any time on it, you may be OK. Probably..... or at least one can hope.
