    By BMW MOA standards, vintage is actually pre /5 ( <1970)

    But any older bikes with rigs are interesting to me.
    BMWs in my garage: 1982 R65LS, 1978 R100/7

    It's a tough call.. there's enough rust to justify a new paint job. Fortunately, it's all surface (now). Knowing my cheapass, I'll get 'er running right first and worry about the cosmetics later.

    I told myself I wouldn't dump much money into it until after I graduate (8 months), but this winter, I think my Model A will move into a different shop, and I'll move this puppy into my main shop.

    It's called the Project Shuffle.
