    Even after watching this twice, I still can't understand what he's talking about,
    this guy must either be a lawyer or a politican.

    This must be an old video before any working history could be logged. After 17:13, the fernuntabulator shaft would spin in the dorfugal bearing causing the inverse flip loop to slow below squarom levels. Back to the drawing board.
