CS Low Frame?

I was scrolling through the flea-market section on this site and noticed someone selling an 05 CS with the comment "low frame" ?

I don't recall any of the CS models having a low frame version? Unless maybe the suspension was lowered? We bought the CS because it was already low enough for my wife to put her feet on the ground.

Correct me if I'm wrong :)

I don't remember hearing the CS coming in a low frame. I do remember that the seat was able to be adjusted to two diff heights. This was back in 2002 and I could be wrong as this was so many years ago.
