hello everyone:
thank you so very much, for giving us this site to learn & share.
I'm the second owner of an early 1985 k100rs european model.
I've owned it approximently 4 1/2 yrs then it had 18500km.
now has approx.60000km.every thing I touch is still factory set.
I have done many basic maintinance items, having the internet for less than 1 yr.
I've now discoverd I may own a ticking time bomb, oil pump,6 rivit plate,
center stand, throttle cable, the list goes on BUT you'll have to pry this bike out of my dieing hands I would have no other. I have many topics to post, and archive.
Again thank you for this site.
I did have a little? accident last year & in need of some body pieces if anybody has any info it would be greatly appriciated. bill calhoon
