    Ride-2-Q again this year?

    Who wantsta?

    We had a real blast with this ride last year.

    it was fun.

    perhaps this time around we could center at some place like the ironhorse lodge and sample the Q in that neck of the woods.

    i know some roads.....

    butts on the creek is just one option. fair to middlin'....

    there is also a big bbq contest, too. we could have a one-stop ride-2-q. (but that's usually in september and who can wait that long????)

    there's a great place, 12 Bones BBQ, in asheville, but they're not open on the weekends.

    That sounds good. Are many of those roads you know....paved? (Bud might want to know)
    Throw out some dates...my schedule is already filling up. Man this thing called work is really gettin in my way! But I do love the Q!

    Count me in! I wanted to go last year,but didn't make it. Someone throw out some dates. The weather is starting to come around (57 today, 65 tomorrow.) The mountains may be a little cool yet.

    um.... few people from the flatlands realize this, but the northern reaches of the state of mountainia are not exactly known for their q.

    I was at BRMC last weekend and was told the kitchen may not open this year. We had dinner at Pisgah Inn on the Parkway, which is a nice twisty ride from the campground.
