I've had my '08 1200GS for a year and 4500 miles. (I work out of the country 50/50 or would have more). Just joined BMWMOA. Looking to light up the bike front and rear and quiet it down with a different windshield. 6'1", 230lbs. Many 250 mile day rides but always back home for the night-no overnights yet.

I'm sure that 250 mile number will seem small in time.
Welcome to the forum. Have fun with farkles and post often.

Welcome aboard. There have been a few of other FL riders join the forum recently. I'm sure you'll find on the forum lots of good information and inspiration for riding, riding well, and riding often. And riding to eat (as we're so prone to do). :)

Hey welcome to the forum Tailgator.

If you go the the Gear forum in the Garage section and post your questions on lights and windsheild your bound to get some good suggestions and ideas.

Cheers

Luis

Welcome TailGator.

Glad to have you here. Lucky to be in FL where you can ride this time of year. Make the most of it before summer arrives.

Looking forward to more of your posts. Ride reports with pics are always welcome.

Thanks for the welcome. My 1st time using a site like this. See you in the other sections.
