I'm no expert, but the torque curve shown on the Ztechnik link sure looks lumpy to me. I am hard pressed to explain those peaks and valleys in a smoothly running engine. But since they say that happened both with and without their stuff bolted on/in, I assume it is showing me something. But it looks like a bucking bronco torque curve to me.
Probably the shift points with a not so well hooked up rear tire, or the dyno was slow to resond to the changes???
I have been around quite a few Dyno runs on HD's. Don't laugh I had a Softail that rear wheel dynoed 105 HP and 105 Ft Lbs of Torque. Going straight it was great. But anyway that curve looks like they shifted. Typically you don't start the reading until you you have upshifted to your gear, then you just do a smooth roll on to get a good reading. The gear for the reading depends on the bike.
