While looking after your health, don't forget skin cancer.
I've lost two friends to skin cancer and both were needless deaths since if caught early melanoma or squamous cell skin cancer is curable.
I've had 5 surgeries for skin cancer due to overexposure to the sun. Thankfully all mine were basal cell types, which can disfigure but are not lethal.
If you haven't been to a dermatologist in a while, make an appointment for a skin cancer screening.
