Gold Coast Motor Sports, New Hyde Park

i met a guy up at hunter who said that the shop is very good.. i however have never used them.. i have max's pick my bike up.. fyi: stay away from the manhattan dealer.

Cross County BMW in Metuchen, NJ is very good. They're around 40 miles from Manhattan, right off exit 10 of the NJ turnpike. They are not cheap, but then neither is anyone else in this area.

I've been to their shop several times, they always seem helpful and friendly. I do know that the BMW mechanic is a master mech from Precision BMW which does not exist anymore. Heard only good things about him. Give them a shot, I'm sure it will benefit both parties.

I read the same on other forums. I used precision when i lived on Long Island. A+
I also second staying away from Manhattan.

I do see that Joel closed up shop in Huntington. So there is a God after all...
Does he still have BMWNY in NYC? If so... Stay away.

If you can ride there is always Heids up in Johnsburg, NY.
Bill Heid is excellent! Paul needs to watch his Dad a bit more.
