Do you like vintage racing bikes?

Quite a few airheads in this link, [29, I believe] as well as many other beautiful vintage machines! I saved this in my favorites, just to enjoy periodically - I think you will, too!

The Manx Norton is one of my top five most beautiful bikes, up there with blue/white late 60's Triumph Bonnevilles, 916's and, of course, the Silver Smoke R90S.
    '61 Clubman's Gold Star, '13 690 Duke, '13 Daytona 675R, '18 Street Triple RS, 2020 R1250R (gone but not forgotten: '76 R75/6, '84 R100, '76 R90S)

    Eye candy for sure!

I would really enjoy seeing this event in Belgium. I saw the Moto Guzzi 500cc V-8 at a motorcycle show in 1968, and have loved the vintage bikes ever since.

My first bike was a 1966 Honda 305 Superhawk I bought in '67. I liked all the European bikes, but, as a young man, couldn't afford them. There is nothing like a restored vintage racer!

The Rockerboxer site is cool! Thanks!

In my learner's permit days, these were the hot bike from Italy; I still want one:

    Great pics of the Guzzi!

I had an opportunity, in the late '60's, to buy a soundtrack of Mike 'the bike' Hailwood racing at the Isle of Man TT Races on the 250 and 350 Honda Sixes. It was on an LP recording. I didn't, and wished I would have! I'll bet the Guzzi sounded great, as well! Didn't Agostini ride that for a short while? I think it was shortly thereafter, that the "dustbin' fairings were banned.

I went to the Cleveland bike show in Jan this year, and they had a "cafe" corral - some nice bikes displayed!

The cylinders on those sure are reminescent of the '60's Hondas.... the Laverda certainly had elegant lines, and to see an entire row of them!
