need help

a buddy is in Greencastle IN with a problem chain on his F650. He made it to a campground for the night. He's a new member and hasn't gotten his Anonymous Book yet so he called and I gave him 5 numbers in the area to call and he got no answers from any of them. Hopefully one will call back soon.
When he signed up, he did the platinum membership with the roadside assistance plan but he hasn't gotten the package yet and doesn't have the 800 number to call. Does anyone out there have that number handy? If so please post and I'll call him with it.
