Motoraad Elektrik...

I've been trying to get ahold of someone over there at Motoraad for a week. Does anyone know if they're out of town? They're still open for business I hope!

Rick is still in business, and may have more than he can handle. Keep trying.

Rock has one of the best reputations for fair, quality advice and products--but I've had the same issues trying to get ahold of him. I've probably left a 1/2 dozen messages, but I think he's just busy and travels...and you just got to keep trying to get through. If he picks up, you are golden, but I wouldn't expect a call back from leaving a message.

Kind of frustrating between the no return calls, no option to purchase online and knowing he has the right stuff (product and advice).

Heck, I'll do the e-commerce part for ya.

I've gotten several orders from him recently; immediate responses both times after I emailed him.

I ordered from him last week and got a prompt response. Could be he took a couple days off.

Talked to Rick finally! Wow, what a great guy. If only every business had that kind of customer service...makes you wanna buy more stuff from him!
