When I was riding unchained across the USA, Sierra was an oil and tyre change stop. As an "on the road" rider, they were able to provide a service on the spot, gave me a tour round and a T shirt I still wear with pride.
I too, am happy to say that Sierra BMW are great guys to do business with.
Same applies to BMW/Triumph in Raleigh NC.
Unfortunately no such praise for BMW of Atlanta where I bought the bike. Very disorganised lines of internal communication.
