Had my Streetguard for a couple o' years now..probably time to
respray. Any product recco's?
Also, it has faded to a purpleish colour on the arms and chest..will a respray
possibly darken it?
Thanks
Dave

I use Nikwax TX Direct spray on water treatment after every wash, typically once a season but sometimes more often. I've not noticed any effect to color garments, but my wife will be the first to tell you that I likely wouldn't notice if she slipped die into the wash. :blush

I wash, spray on the garment when wet, following the label instructions, then hang the garment to dry.

Thanks marchyman.

Personally the purple isn' t a worry for me either..but kinda liked the
original black better.
Cheers!
