Power Sockets not working

Both the front and rear accessory sockets on my 2006 R1200RT stopped working at the same time. Anyone have an idea what might cause this?

What was plugged in? There is a maximum current draw allowed; not sure what it is for an RT. Exceed that draw and the ZFE will shut down the sockets. If the RT is like the GS the sockets are in parallel... the combined draw can't exceed the max.

Remove the excess current draw and cycle power. You'll likely find the sockets working again.

The power sockets are controlled by the ZFE, as marchyman noted. There are no fuses unless added by the owner to protect aftermarket items.
