RT low beam bulb

I need to change my low beam bulb.

I looked in the Oilhead fourm but couldn't find any posts on the subject.

Is it a huge task ,or can an average Joe make the switch.

Is there a better bulb that can be used besides the H7 on a '02 R1150RT ? (Low Beam)

Thanks

John

I'm told the secret is to have small hands. I changed the bulbs on my K75RT's and thought that was a struggle, but the R1150RT looked really tough for someone with large hands. I even started once but chickened out. My dealer did it for me.

The two best bulbs with the stock wattage are the Sylvania/Osram Silver Star and the Phillips Vision Plus. The former is rated a tad better. I have it, and it is whiter than stock.
