What are you listening to today?

A nice, tight jam session from James Brown. Read where the drummer, Clyde Stubblefield, provided ample drum sounds for later sampling in the hip-hop days. Nice to hear the individual instruments come in and go out, getting a chance to shine. Very crisp music. Turn up the volume! Not quite In A Gadda Da Vida, but it's still good!

In the world of digitized, homogenized music...I miss stereo.

Wow, it's been a long time since I heard the Firesign Theatre! :thumb

You must be digging deep into your collection in order to pass this period of stay-at-home!! :wave

I was listening to the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Co.) from Melbourne last night and heard Caiti Baker. A bit different and I liked it.
