R 100 RT 1994 Front Fork Alignment

Good Morning ; We have a somewhat understanding of motorcycle suspension but have never ran across our current need before.
Understanding than no mater what you do to the front suspension without having the front forks perectly aligned the effect would not be there.
SOOOO How do you check and how do you straighten or align the front forks on the R bikes like this. ??????
What all needs to be loosened and are there points that are checked from or measurements taken or????
Any help or tips on places to go for help appreciated
