Steve , I bought my Nikon CoolPix L11 at Best Buy for $99.99 and has great battery life and take pretty good pictures. I think it is 6.5 megapixels.

Here is a shot from todays ride.

Hi Mike, thanks. I ended up with a Nikon CoolPix L18 from best buy (119.95) and am very pleased. I did a ride report (Connecticut's Quiet corner) with it when I tried it out.
By the way, I just read your report. I lived in Albuquerque 25 years ago and would ride down to the area you reported on alot. Some of the prettiest riding I've ever done. Thanks for the camera tip and the ride report.

Thanks Steve . Glad you are happy with the CoolPix. I have 2 of them.
The L11 and an old 3100. I have used the 3100 for almost all of our web business pictures and has been beat around for some 5 years but it (on the other hand ) eats batteries like candy.
Thanks , Mike
