What bike are you putting this on? I am running metzlers on both of my bikes with no complaints.

NOTE: The Metzlers on the LT will start to howl once they get worn some especially when leaned over in a corner.

I ran it a LONG time ago...and wasn't sticky enough at the front. I went to the Metz Lastertech in the front and kept the ME88 in the rear. Very good combination as long as you don't mind 6k MAX in miles for the Lasertech.

I ultimately switched to ME880 for the front, with the ME88 in the rear...great combination for twisties, off road, long lasting(20k miles) and wet weather handling.

BUT because I've been so please with this combination, I've rarely tried anything else other than an Anakee in the rear...12k miles only...

HTH

I run the Lazer also. The last one I don't think I even got 6K out of it, but the previous Lazer I thought I had significantly MORE than 6K out of it. I put a Lazer back on, a week ago.
Before Lazers I ran the ME88 Marathon front and rear. The marathon front had a tendency (the last couple of them I put on) to get pretty choppy is the best word to describe it. Actually got a little unstable on sweeping curves and could feel it at in-town speeds as well.
The Lazer, although it might wear faster, is stable right down to the wear bars and not choppy-looking.
