Is a list the forms for awards (and other related documents). Please feel to download and print them out. If you would like, you can fill them out ahead of time and prepare any documentation you may need for an award as well.

As usual we can always use your help, or that of your chartered club for tallies entry. Unlike many previous years, gone are the tick mark pads, manual labor of sorting and all-nighters. I've made this a easy as I can until an on-site electronic registration system can be implemented. A custom written application will speed the tallying of the hand written registration forms. All the pertinent information needed for tallies is setup for fast entry. This application entry system does not require super abilities in reading doctor's hand writing or chicken scratch nor a degree in computer science to use. Basically, if you see scribble in a box on the registration form, that relates to an option in the application. And if you can use a web browser to buy goods online, you have the skills to operate the application.

Listed below are our volunteer needs for Awards And Tallies this year. The three tasks were needing help for this year are:

Data Entry - Will use a custom application and enter information that is hand written on the registration forms into a computer system.
Sorter - Will separate registration forms from those hand written and those pre-registered. Will also do some data entry.
Runner - Will walk between registration and where tallies are being entered collecting registration forms from the registration area and delivering them to Awards and Tallies.

We need the following number of volunteers for the times listed below:

Wednesday: 3 PM - 6 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Runner
Thursday: 9 AM - 12 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Thursday: 12 PM - 3 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Thursday: 3 PM - 6 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Friday: 9 AM - 12 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Friday: 12 PM - 3 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Friday: 3 PM - 6 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Saturday: 9 AM - 12 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner
Saturday: 12 PM - 3 PM - 3 Data Entry, 1 Sorter, 1 Runner

As far as I understand, Award and Tallies will be located where the Country Store, etc will be located. This means we'll have air conditioning and should be a good place for you to get out of the wind or sun (which ever is worse). Please note however, the runner will be doing a lot of walking and may be going in and out of buildings. Therefore, you must be capable and have good shoes.

Any chartered club that does a whole time slot, I will give kudos to them on stage at the closing ceremony.

Thanks and hope to see you at the rally!
