I talked to Ken "Mac" McHugh and asked him what he thought about having all the Wisconsin Clubs get together for a brunch as a "Spring Club Opener".

Mac said "good idea, set it up". That was 25 years ago, and we have been haviing 200 riders ever since.

See ya there :thumb

October 2008 - Big (muddy) Woods 200 Dual Sport - Wabeno, WI

382495434_MwWMm-X3-1.jpg

MMMotorcycle (Michael, Michael, Motorcycle) one of my riding partners took this photo of me splashing mud.

Michael is half my age, a great rider and rides a DRZ400 which is a great bike on this type of trail. Needless to say, Michael is always waiting on the trail for the old Airhead to catch up to his pace.

Today's slimey riding resulted in bent handlebars and bent left crash bar ($$). Micheal said he did an endo (The word endo is short for end over end) a few minutes after I did my endo.:dunno

This was a 2008 AMA/Suzuki National Dual Sport Trail
and a 2008 BMW/AMA National Adventure
Riding Series Event

My favorite quote of the weekend was "I figured I'd crash in the gravel, just not going in a straight line!" Aaron dropped the MZ on the big bike ride Sunday afternoon. He was limping a little when he trucked out, hope all is well.

Ya know, that mud puddle looks vveeerrrryyyyyy familiar. I believe I got a worms eye view of it!
