Nothing bad about them but they may be overloaded on work and you could be SOL if you do not have a reservation. If they can't get you in may need to go to a shop in Denver or to a non-BMW place. (I needed a tyre on the road on a Monday once and only shop open would only mount and balance on wheel already removed---I had to remove/replace wheel from the bike in a 7-11 parking lot sitting on a milk crate--OR I could have waited till Tuesday when more shops were open)

MOST BIKE SHOPS IN COLORADO and WYOMING STILL CLOSE ON MONDAYS (esp. outside of Denver)
