Road Side Attractions

It appears that the Naval Air Station Truman Annex is still "next door". Looks like they just prettied up the fence!!

You're right. It looks like the old chain link has been replaced.

"Dry Falls"

On US64 between Franklin, NC and Highlands, NC there's a pleasant pullout on the right (heading east) to see an active waterfall. It's called "Dry Falls" because visitors can walk on a path behind the falls. Some of us stopped there during the BMW MOA Getaway at Fontana Village.
