Ya done good; but a hate to see a fine machine like that leave the homeland. Ride and enjoy. :)

I'm hearing' ya. Back story; the original owner was a Canuck who bought it new in Vancouver. He shipped it and himself to ride En Zed then Oz for a time, back in the late 90s. Sold it here before heading home. I'd sure love to do the reverse ... some day ... perhaps ... :thumb
 
All New Stainless Hardware All Around for my '60 R60

Just finished replacing all hardware from front to back, top to bottom with stainless. All rubber type pieces also. Bead blasted, primed and re-painted all the little pieces and parts.

I know I have said it here before....but I luv the simplicity of the older air-heads, and how well they worked. I sometimes wonder why I ever 'moved-on' ?

I have a set of those same [Bates] bags...am considering using them on a project.

Sure... Wixom Trunk and platform are coming off (to be used only on long/overnight trips)... Bates Bags staying on...
