Beautiful photo! Many years ago a buddy and I put our bikes in the back of my '65 GMC half ton and hauled them from Edmonton AB down to Salt Lake City where storage was found for the truck at an old gas station for a couple months. We rode all over UT, NM, AZ and CO that winter. There is something about the light in New Mexico that just paints magic scenes at certain times of the day. That shot really captures it well.

I agree on the photo! Hmmm...you know, you could offer it up for the March ON photo category "The Best"...it might make the magazine!!

This was my first BMW. It was one of those "finds" you run across once in a lifetime. When I first acquired it, the clutch was stuck and carbs gummed up, rear shock needed replacing. Other than a few minor things, the bike was perfect. No dings, etc. I put 30,000 miles on it and decided I wanted a newer beemer, as I was really starting to like this sport :). It had 4400 miles on it when I bought it. It is a 1971 R60/5. Yes, it's now in my living room :dance.

Here is my 92. I picked this bike up last spring, my first airhead. Someone put a lot of love (money) into her. It's pretty unique as far as 92 GS's go, does anyone recognize it?

This is FUZZ - served as a 1983 R100 Patrol Bike in the 80s in the Appleton Police Department - retired and converted by previous owner to something like an RT

Got really good lovin from Ned's and now lives in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

Got a new solo seat for my 1984 R100CS LE. Please ignore the somewhat messy house in the background. We keep this bike in our atrium. :ha
