Post your mug

I looked at all the posts today and was sad to see how many folks no longer post here. :cry

What happened? Where did they go? How could we get them back?

My guess is they are still here but just trying to struggle along in this economic time. I feel things are on the upswing , I don't care what the media has to say.

Thanks for the replies.

Not to disagree with either of you, I'm wondering if the club (meaning me as a member) could have done more so that they were still here. Some of them had a lot of posts and were before my time. Seems like we are missing something by their absence.

I've also noticed the member "drop off" on another internet site that I'm on. I think some folks just get internet fatigue after a while. There are only so many topics to discuss, and they just keep rolling over, every few months.

Recently, I've noticed posts here from people who are long time registrants but who have very low post counts. So they're around, but just not as active, for whatever reason.

DCR circa 1983

Here's a shot of me taken in 1983 at the Dutch Country Riders Rally in PA. They held theme rally's in the '80s, and that year the theme was "MASH". I took first place in the Klinger look-a-like contest. No, I can't get in the gown now.
