    R1200st bar risers

maybe this should be in the gear section .whatever ..Does any one know of bar riser for an R1200st,, if I can find them I may pull the trigger on one .sadly I can't afford the corrective surgery to reach the bars w/out my neck (thats another issue) gettin kinked in a painfull fashion...I checked all the usual suspects & because of the unuique set up I cant find them , even a top tripple tree conversion to bars would be ok , can't find that either ..worst case sceneario I'll maybe settle fer an R1200ra

    Verholen risers

I just bought an ST after selling my R12RT. Like you, the aggresive riding position was killing me. I got a pair of Verholen bar risers from creative cycle concepts and had them installed last week. Much, much better. Less weight on my wrists and no kink in my neck from leaning too far forward. They aren't cheap, but well worth the cost! Now I have to figure how to get a ram mount base for the Zumo I just bought. This bike doesn't have many attachment points once the clip-ons and the triple clamp are reversed, and didn't have many before the risers were installed.

Good luck with your efforts. The bike is great riding now with the bar risers.

MV, Verholen bar risers from CCC added about 62mm to the bars height and brought them back slightly.

Much more comfortable. 440 miles on Sunday, no problem. BMW of Atlanta installed mine during the first 6500 mile service.

Now, if I just had a more comfortable (long distance) seat!

I was just looking at these risers on the MV Verholen web site and noticed that they also have something for those of you who can't deal with the headlight design:

These are dual H7 bulbs, one high beam and one normal beam.
