R-1100 cam chain rattle

My 97 R-1100 cam chain rattles. I read here about an upgraded tensioner. One way was $$$$ by buying the parts individually, a better way was to buy a new tensioner. Local dealer has no clue (surprise!).

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Tnx
