May I suggest staying at the 40 acre Soldiers Grove City Park as your home base. Every road in the Southwest Wisconsin area is a ride back in time.

Vermont and the Appalachian Mountains may be rated as better riding, but you would have to ride Western and SW Wisconsin's Hidden Valley roads to find out for yourself. Western and Southwest Wisconsin are totally different from Eastern Wisconsin.
