Adding clutch and front break fluids

My 2002 R1150RS with ABS has both levels at the minimum line (turned all the way right and checked and all the way left and checked)

I did the 12,000 service 10 months ago and rode just 1500 miles since then.
If I unscrew the top black boxes on the handlebars, will I be able to easily refill the containers to MAX without running much risk of screwing up something else? (getting air in the system or moisture or something like that?)
Do I need special tools?)
I do intend to take it to the dealer every 2 years to drain and replace all fluids, oil from engine and gear box etc.
Thanks in advance for your advice and help

Check your brake pad thicknesses! If they are worn out, the fluid level will go down, but as soon as you install new pads, everything will be fine.

If you have ABS then you have Integral ABS since it's an 1150. The fluid level doesn't drop as the pads wear. If you have less fluid in there than you used to have, you'd see it leaking somewhere.

If you think you are low on fluid, turn the handlebars so that the cover is level (usually sidestand plus bars turned left works well) and take the cover off. Look at the marks inside the reservoir.

The clutch level rises as the disk wears, so don't sweat that one.
