Carb Help - What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to mount the carb but it won't line up.

Any suggestions?

Looks like you're mounted backwards, the cables should be on the inside. Why do I feel like there's a candid camera waiting for me?

Certainly as noted, the carb is on the wrong side. Also, I think the black air horn might be backwards. They are shaped different on the ends, so they fit much better if they're correct. And don't switch the air horns side-to-side. The distances from the air filter clam shell are different because of the cylinder offset, and subsequently the carb offsets.
