What is the Torque Spec for the BMW Aluminum Case Brackets?

I’ve acquired a set of BMW aluminum case brackets, but I’m looking for the torque values for installation. From what I’ve been able to find the property torque spec is 19nm or 14ftlb. Is this correct?

I’ve also seen a recommendation for blue Loctite. Is this what others do? The set I got has copper anti-seize on the threads instead.

    Thanks in advance

Yes, 19 newton meters. Just took mine off of my 2020 GSA in order to fit a HexezCAN. I used blue locktite. Looked like OEM was blue locktite.
