I’m not familiar with UL-FGA. A little looking around makes me think this may be a really big test of the product.
At first blush, I would think an instant benefit would be the 25 mile, comparatively short haul trip time.
Closest thing I have seen is a lightweight aggregate that was once produced locally by cooking rock that ended up looking like the rocks in a gas grill.
No Bailey Bridges around?

They don’t seem to mention that the roads below will remain closed for the duration or that route 95 will have to be closed for a couple of weeks for the final repair.
Seems like it would be okay to let people know that this is a complicated repair.

Looks like they're about ready to start the paving this morning:

Just saw a news feed with the PA governor proclaiming “We rebuilt the highway in two weeks” or something like that. It’s more like a patch that got the bridge reopened.
Permanent repairs will probably require another shutdown to return the bridge back to real operational function once the structural beams and spreaders are fabricated.
Certainly better than the bridge being closed.

Same thing happened to one of our bridges in town in 2007 but on a mass and more tragic scale. Several people died. Luckily for me I was not there at the time even though I traveled on this bridge many times even just days before the collapse.
