Found its a Steib TR500

Did you get any info on the decals on the tank? Any better pictures of them?

I believe they are grill emblems from different countries. They are not stickers, they are metal..
My father in-law got it new in Germany
It also has a fairing and a HUGE fuel tank that use to be on the bike.
of the 6 bikes I got this is the only one that runs. So far

I found out the fairing on the bike is Labritzke fairing. It's also been identified as a Habermann fairing.
